1. Scope
These Terms apply to Nico, the translation and proofreading service provided by HelloSake, Inc. through nico.best and related applications.
By using Nico, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
Nico provides AI-powered translation, proofreading, phrase explanations, and related features.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it for business, legal, medical, financial, or other specialized decisions.
3. Accounts
Some features require account registration or sign-in through a method designated by HelloSake, Inc.
You are responsible for keeping your registration information accurate and for protecting your account credentials.
4. Plans, Fees, and Payment
Nico offers Free and Pro plans. Features, usage limits, and prices are shown in the service.
Paid plan billing is processed through Stripe. You also agree to Stripe's applicable terms.
Paid plans may renew automatically until canceled. After cancellation, paid features remain available through the end of the already-paid billing period.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use Nico for the following conduct.
- Violating law, public order, third-party rights, or HelloSake, Inc. rights
- Unauthorized access, excessive requests, reverse engineering, scraping, or interference with service operations
- Reselling, lending, sharing, or using Nico as an unauthorized commercial API
- Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods
6. Suspension and Termination
HelloSake, Inc. may suspend accounts, restrict features, terminate access, or take other necessary measures without prior notice if you violate these Terms, if misuse is suspected, or if needed to operate Nico safely.
7. Disclaimers
Nico is provided as is. HelloSake, Inc. does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will always be accurate.
Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, HelloSake, Inc. is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use Nico.
8. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes related to Nico will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court designated by HelloSake, Inc. or a court with jurisdiction over HelloSake, Inc.
